She is having a harder time than usual with naps lately. Just when she started to get the hang of napping in her crib, 2 teeth started coming in and we start construction on our kitchen. So every time I take her to her room to quietly rock her and sing to her before I lay her down fr a nap, she starts to grab and pull on my face like it's made of plastic...my cheeks, my lips, my eyes..and wildly, open-mouth gnaw on my chin and cheeks until I started cracking up. I think she is trying to play with me and make me laugh so I change my mind about putting her down. She is a smart chicken!
I have been using the nose aspirator on her to get all the boogs out (with all of this teething-she is a snot factory) and I think she actually likes it! She lays there patiently and quietly while I use that thing on her nose for like 5 minutes and smiles. Maybe it feels good?? But she hates it and fights it when I gently wipe her noose with kleenex. So weird!
Also, she is making these little high pitch squeaks all of the time. Almost like air being let out of a balloon. This is usually while she is smiling and playing with her feet. She is such a ham!
