She's 19 months old now!

Well, I know I have been totally slacking on keeping this blog updated and I realized that time will go by and I could forget some of the adorable things she has been doing if I don't try to document it. Also, the Lillia-Pants blog's biggest fan (Gramma Suzie) needs a little Lillia fix...so here goes....

We have been VERY busy this last month, and with the weather getting nicer and having a toddler in a small living place, we try to be out of the house as much as possible. We go to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens regularly (the azaleas on Mother's Day and the "tur-tles" and "fiss" in the Japanese Garden were her favs), the Coney Island Aquarium (she LOVES standing on the ledge and getting really close to the glass to see all of the pretty "fiss" swim by), the Prospect Park Zoo (the feeding of the sea lions or "seaaaaals" as she calls them and the petting zoo are favs), Nora's B-day party at the Prospect Park Carousel (she was a little scared the 1st time around with me and warmed up to it with Dad at the end), Ayden's B-day Party (super fun), Daddy's B-day (she says "HAPPY" but not Birthday yet), and of course the various playgrounds and library. The Underhill Playground (like 100 ft from our front door) has been a really great place to play with her neighborhood friends almost every day! She played with her first water balloons there and got brave enough to go into the sprinklers (with her clothes on) pushing her stroller on those really hot days. We bring balls to play with and go into the handball court section and let them go and she and a lot of the other kids LOVE it! We still take our Monday music class, which she has become one of the star students! She loves giving Sing-Hea (her teacher) hugs every class, participating with all the coordinating claps and movements, helping put ALL of the toys and scarves away, rolling the huge drums over to the teacher to help put them away, dancing with other kids/parents, hugging and sharing with other kids (pretty well) and really enjoying the music. We listen to the cds in the car and at home and she tries to sing along and is so cute! Ok, I will update more later, but here are some pics of some of our latest adventures...
