Baby Swifter, Push-Ups & Piano Fingers

I wanted to document a few new things that we've been noticing about the "little chicken" these days since we have been living upstairs at Chuck's. (p.s. Our place is ALMOST done-the kitchen was finished yesterday and the floors are getting sanded today!)
1. Baby Swifter - She has been rolling all over the floor. Not just 1 roll, like 4 or 5 and in various directions. She kicks her leg out like she's about to do the helicopter and can turn herself almost 360 degrees around. She can cover a lot of ground with just a few movements. So if I turn my head for a minute and look back, I can find her under the couch, chairs, cabinets, etc, full of dust bunnies and hair. We are thinking about attaching some swifters to her and having her go to town on the whole place!
2. Push-Ups - We started noticing last week that she is pushing herself up on her hands and staying up there for a while now. I think that is a new milestone and 1 step closer to crawling. I just hope she waits to crawl until we are out of Chuck's place. She literally has like a 5x5 foot space to play/roll/crawl in and that's IT! Our favorite thing is when she is in her crib and pushes up and peaks over her crib bumper at us down the hall and all we see are her smiling eyes and tops of her smiling cheeks. ;))
3. Piano Fingers - She always had very active fingers. Even when she is still, her hands and fingers and wrists are moving and rolling. We've noticed that she is getting really accurate with her hands and finger placement and can pick up small things and has a more delicate touch. She still loves to grab and pull at our hair and faces, but it seems a little more gentle now. I give her her spoon after I am done feeding her and she manages it really well and can almost roll it in between her fingers. Maybe she will be a drummer? Meg White, watch out!!
